IT Applications

Innovation is in our DNA. In line with our strategy for delivering growth, the IT Applications team drives and brings transformative IT initiatives and technology to our work every day. Namely SAP S/4 Hana, Data Analytics, Data Science with Machine Learning and AI, Robotic & Automation, Blockchain, Mobility and Digital Commerce.

IT Security

The IT Security team stays abreast of emerging cyberthreats and take proactive actions protecting business information. The team performs security monitoring of the network, responds to cyberattacks, advises on safeguards and countermeasures, and assesses cyber risks and provide assurances.

IT Infrastructure

It’s more than just servers, network, and storage – with the use of latest technology, our IT Infrastructure team supports the growth of DKSH businesses by creating a solid foundation for our organization by connecting everyone everywhere, providing cloud services and increase user experiences in a digital workplace.

Business IT Services (BITS)

BITS governs DKSH Digital and IT and supports business teams by providing leadership, best practices, research, as well as training for key focus areas, namely Product Management (Demand, Tools and User Interface/User Experience),Project Management, Service Quality (ITSM and QA) and Business Partnering.​

Business Process Operations (BPO)

Our BPO team provides global finance support to DKSH operations by running finance processes in a standardized and consistent manner. Responsibilities range from Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger to Master Data.
